One of the world’s classic grape varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in many different climates and regions of the globe. While it is still identifiable as Cabernet, the soil and climate offer different nuances to the wine. In this seminar we will examine what makes Cabernet so popular and taste four different examples from a variety of production countries to illustrate the unique flavors that can be imparted to the final wine.
